Apparently it took a clever team at the medical universities of Rotterdam and Maastricht 4 years to do the muscular tension research that was then used to design this mouse.

The ridiculously named Handshoemouse is designed so it's comfy to use, but, as Boing Boing Gadgets points out, it doesn't have a horizontal scroll wheel, thumbable buttons at the side, or even middle mouse button?
