Sanyo's latest digital camcorder, the HD1010, is now on sale in the UK. The HD1010 captures full 1080i high-definition video (1920 x 1080) at 60fps.The ultra compact, ergonomic HD1010 features face-chaser technology for video and stills, a slow-mo video mode and seven frames per second sequential shooting for "superb" action photography.
The camcorder, that records to SD or SDHC cards up to 32GB, also features image stabilisation, gets a 2.7-inch widescreen display and a 10x optical zoom lens.
Described as simple-to-use, the HD1010 can snap 4-megapixel digital still images while the video it records is in the MPEG4 AVC/H.264 video compression.
