Canon announces cashback offers on EOS DSLRs

Canon has announced cashback offers on three of their EOS DSLR cameras.

Firstly, Canon is offering £30 back on the 10-megapixel EOS 1000D. This camera features a 2.5-inch screen with Live View shooting, and a seven point wide-area AF system too. The cashback offer should take the camera to around the £300 mark.

Canon is also offering 50% off of Experience Seminar courses with every purchase of the EOS 1000D, to help you try and get the best from your camera.

The second cashback offer is £50 back on the EOS 450D, taking the price down to around £400. The EOS 450D features 12.2 megapixels, a 3-inch LCD screen wit Live View and a DIGIC III image processor.

Finally, purchasers of the 10.1-megapixel EOS 40D can claim back £60 making the price around £500. The camera boasts 6.5fps continuous shooting, an AF system with nine cross type sensors and like the 450D, also features the DIGIC III processor.

All prices are approximate and all cashback offers are available until 12th January 2009, meaning you can save a bit of cash on any Christmas presents you were planning. Bargain.
