Sony Ericsson's only UK high street store is due to be closed down, as it's not making the company any profit.The High Street Kensington outlet was opened in November 2006, in a joint venture with Carphone Warehouse, but is due to shut just 2 years later, before the end of this year.
The failure the very first Sony Ericsson store in the world means the company now has no plans for any more stores in the UK, or even Western Europe.
