Virgin media told off over data loss scandal
Information Commissioners Office ticks 'em off

Way back in June, Virgin Media admitted to have lost bank details for 3000 of its customers.
The information went missing when a member of staff took a CD containing the unencrypted information from one office to another on 29 May.
And now the company has been ticked off by The Information Commissioners Office (ICO).
The Office has found Virgin Media in breach of data protection act and has ordered it to take immediate action to make sure this sort of security breach does not happen again.
