LG Electronics has announced the HRT403DA - a gloss black, compact all-in-one Freeview+ home cinema system.

Complete with a 160GB hard disk drive, that is said to provide up to 463 hours recording time, the Freeview+ feature allows users to pause, record and rewind live TV.

Another Freeview+ feature means an 8-day programme guide with series link allowing you to plan your viewing in advance while the DVD recorder means you can record programmes to DVDs too.

On the speakers side of things, the system boasts 400W with 5.1 Virtual Sound Matrix for 5.1 virtual surround sound.

There's also USB input, DV input for camcorders, support for DivX and HDMI with 1080p upscaling.

The LG HRT403DA will be available to buy from Curry's for around the £500 mark.
