SanDisk has updated its SecureDigital range of memory cards with data transfer speeds increases, and now rival Lexar has done the same with its CompactFlash models.The Lexar Professional CF line up has gone from 133x to 233x.
The range is now UDMA (Ultra Direct Memory Access) enabled which means the cards are capable of minimum-sustained read and write speeds of 35MBps as compared to the previous read and write speeds of 20MBps.
You can pick between capacities of 2GB, 4GB and 8GB and there is also a range of compatible Lexar Professional UDMA-compatible high-speed card readers.
The new Lexar Professional 233x CF cards come with a limited lifetime warranty, free dedicated technical support, and the full version of Lexar Image Rescue 3.
