iPhone gets iPlayer radio on demand

The BBC has announced it has expanded its iPlayer service for the iPhone platform with radio joining the current video on demand content.In a blog post, Mark Friend, controller of multiplatform and interactive, and audio and music interactive, states:
"From today, you'll be able to listen to BBC radio programmes on demand on an iPhone or iPod Touch for up to seven days after broadcast."
"You'll need to be online via a Wi-Fi connection and will be able to listen to our radio shows in MP3 format (at 128kbps)."
