The PowerShot G10 is a 14.7-megapixel compact with 5x wide-angle (28mm) optical zoom.Angled as a "companion camera" for experienced photographers, the PowerShot G10 gets Canon’s new DIGIC 4 processor for what the company claims is exceptional image quality.
The G10 offers a fantastic new 3-inch high-resolution PureColor LCD II that packs a real punch. The G10 will be available in October for £499.99.
We grabbed a few snaps as the camera came into the world at the launch at Canon's UK offices in Surrey.
