HBO and Apple have announced that programming from HBO will be available to download for the first time ever on the iTunes Store in the UK from Tuesday 16 September.New HBO programmes on iTunes include "The Sopranos", "Sex and the City" and "Entourage", as well as "Rome" and "The Wire".
Individual episodes of all of the shows will be available to buy for £1.89 each although entire seasons can also be bought.
Initial programmes available are as follows: Sex and the City Seasons 1 to 6, Entourage Season 1 and Season 5, Rome Season 1 & 2, The Wire Season 1 and Season 5 and The Sopranos Season 1 and Season 6a and 6b. Home Cinema, iTunes, Apple, HBO, Video on demand, Audio
