Photographers can snap in Fine, Standard, RAW or combinations of these, and there is also an option for shooting images for display on HD televisions.
Also worth a mention are the manual focus, shutter speed, stops and exposure override options.
The D-Lux-4 has a £590 price tag, while its little sister, the C-Lux-3, is cheaper at £420 (and will be available in black or white).
This model also boasts the 25mm lens and a longer zoom up to 125 mm (both 35 mm format), and you also get a 10-megapixel sensor.
Other features worth mentioning include the OIS image stabilisation and improvement face recognition. Cameras, Digital cameras, Leica, Compact cameras
