As well as the Touch HD, HTC has introduced two more Touch-branded phones to its line-up with the launch of the Touch 3G and Touch Viva. The Touch 3G and Touch Viva both get HTC's TouchFLO navigation and run Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional.
HTC says the Touch 3G offers an "uncompromising" touch phone experience with "powerful" Internet capabilities including wireless download speeds up to 18 times faster than standard 3G.
It measures 102 x 53.6 x 14.5mm, weighs 96 grams, has a 2.8-inch QVGA screen and a 3.2-megapixel camera. Other features include Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, microSD memory card slot and GPS and AGPS.
The Touch Viva is HTC's "affordable" touch phone with the benefits of HTC’s TouchFLO, described as an easy to use phone with an "optimised" mobile Internet experience.
The non-HSDPA Viva measures in at 104.5 x 59 x 15.75mm, weighs 110 grams, gets a 2.8-inch QVGA screen, a 2-megapixel camera, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, GPS, AGPS and a microSD card slot.
Both devices will be available in early October 2008 in a variety of markets with the 3G due to be available in four colours - sophisticated black, noble gold, sparkle blue and modern brown - while the HTC Touch Viva will be available in storm grey. Phones, HTC, Mobile phones
