ViewSonic launches VX 62 series of LCD monitors

22-incher with 20,000:1 contrast ratio

ViewSonic has launched its VX 62 series of consumer LCD monitors.

Claiming "exquisite" style with invisible speakers and a glossy black finish, the 19-inch VX1962wm/p and 22-inch VX2262wm/p are designed to be aesthetically pleasing, according to the blurb.

The 22-inch display offers 20,000:1 contrast ratio, a 2ms response time, 1680 x 1050 native resolution and 300 nits of brightness.

The 19-incher offers 1680 x 1050 resolution, 2ms response time and has 6000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and both get SRS WOW HD software.

The new models are available now through the usual channels, pricing not revealed.
