The Beeb lifts the lid on its musical tastes

Yesterday we were addressing the movie buffs amongst you. Today it's the music fans.

If there's a more respected broadcaster anywhere on the planet than good old Auntie, then we'd love to here about it.

'Til we do, we reckon the BBC has got it sussed when it comes to broad spectrum entertainment, and with their digital radio channels they explore every genre of the musical canon.

This beta site from the Beeb lets you explore the music they're playing at any given time and we think it's headed for the big time. And as it's still being tested you can have some input on the site's future development.

Experimental jazz from Senegal anyone…?
