Swiveling cam-phone gets real

Back in December last year we brought you news of a Nokia patent for a slider phone that put the camera in a bar mounted sideways on the top of the phone, which was able to swivel.
It seems a Chinese manufacturer spotted the patent, clearly thought it looked like a good idea, and has created just such a phone. Not sure what the Nokia legal team's thoughts will be...
