A site dedicated to all things Blackberry in the US has got hold of pictures and specs of what it is claiming is the next Blackberry model to be launched by RIM.

Pinstack.com believes that the new model called the Blackberry 8700 will be quadband, come with a 320x240 VGA Colour LCD, offer Bluetooth 2.0 support and feature a 312Mhz processor.

The model will also have 16Mb of RAM and 64 Mb of Flash RAM so you can save data.

It is also promising to be thinner than the 7200 series and have an improved look.

Research in Motion, the company that makes the Blackberry, declined to comment on the rumours when we phoned them for a chat.

We will keep you posted.
