Mitsubishi has followed up the launch of the MZW200 series - which will be on shelves in Japan in October - with the announcement of a further three new models.

The higher end MZW series will comprise a 46-inch LCD 1080p panel (LCD-46MZW200) and 40-inch LCD 1080p panel (LCD-40MZW200).

Both feature 120Hz technology, as well as built-in Diamond Engine Pro, Diatone Sound Technology, and the Diamond Panel which offers a dynamic contrast of 15,000:1 ratio.

They will be released on 21 October at 3000 euros for the 46-inch and 2250 euros for the 40-inch.

Says Akihabara News, Mitsubishi will also release the LCD-42MXW200 and LCD-37MXW200, which are 42-inch and 37-inch full HD TVs expected to be priced around 2100 euros and 1700 euros.
