Nokia is going to be the first phone manufacturer to offer the Zeemote Zeekey application for its phones.

This app basically means that the Zeemote JS1 controller can be used for powering your way round N-Gage games and other S60 applications.

According to an announcement today, the Zeemote Zeekey application will come pre-loaded on featured handsets as special gaming bundles but it's also available for download on the Nokia website.

The Zeemote JS1 Controller has a thumbstick and four assignable trigger buttons.

It weighs just 47g/1.7oz, offers real analogue control over Bluetooth, so "enables users to truly engage with mobile games and other applications residing on the handset", instead of trying to play games using your phone keypads and getting cramp.
