Kapsys screenless GPS device

Directions only in audio

15 August 2008 14:37 GMT / By Katie Scott

It may look like an MP3 player but this is, in fact, a fully fledged GPS system, just without the screen.

The Kapten Kapsys is mainly aimed at pedestrians and basically offers audio directions, which you can respond to.

And it measures just 2.9 x 1.7 x 0.5 inches so isn't going to weigh you down when you're out and about.

But in that package, you get a Bluetooth chipset, MP3 player and FM radio, and it packs 4GB of internal memory.

It will be available next month for around £100.
