Denon, has announced a new compact all-in-one stereo ahead of IFA in Germany at the end of the month.The CX1 system according to Denon "makes no secret of its high-end ambitions," and pumps out 150W of sound from its brushed aluminium case.
Audiophiles however will be more interested to hear the Denon CX1 system features the company's Advanced S.V.H. (Suppress Vibration Hybrid) mechanism and contains a top grade D/A conversion stage featuring Denon’s exclusive AL24 processing.
A built-in radio tuner, not DAB and a MM/MC phono pre-amplifier for your favourite records, add to the range of features that also include dock connectivity for iPod and network.
The new Denon CX1 will be available end of August. It will cost £1299 for the main RCD-CX1 unit and £599 for the accompanying SC-CX101 stereo speakers. Audio, Hi-Fi, Denon
