Fujitsu Siemens confirms Amilo Mini netbook

Fujitsu Siemens has confirmed to Pocket-lint that it will be launching a netbook at IFA in Germany at the end of the month.

Although details are sketchy we do know that the price of the mini computer, which will be called the AMILO Mini Netbook will cost around £300 when it hits the shops later in the year.

The AMILO Mini is only 23 x 17.5 cm, and is equipped with the newest Intel Atom N270 processor (1.6 GHz) and run Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition.

The AMILO Mini will also come with 1 dark red clip-on cover with a further selection of coloured covers and a customisable transparent cover in which you can insert a picture of your choice to buy separately.
