Sony has launched a new camcorder that offers still pictures, movie footage and playback opportunities - in one device.Styled like a mobile phone the Sony Cyber-shot M2 features 5.1 effective Megapixel resolution capture, a MPEG-4 recording movie mode, a 2.5in Hybrid LCD screen, and Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar folded-path 3x Optical Zoom lens.
The camera will allow you to capture up to 50 minutes of footage on a Memory Stick PRO Duo with one charge of the supplied InfoLITHIUM battery.
The camera also features a stereo microphone and the ability to playback movies in 5 second clips in a variety of different styles including Nostalgic and Stylish.
The camera will be available in November. Cameras, Video And Editing, Camcorders, Sony, 4 megapixels
