The Bike Friday Tikit - the world's fastest folding bike - is now available from Cyclesense.

The claim is that its intuitive fold can be accomplished in just 5 seconds flat and is not slowed down by fiddly catches that need to be clicked into place.

This speed action is ably demonstrated in the video above.

When folded the bike locks together so it can be picked up with the carry handle (it weighs 25lbs) or rolled whilst holding the soft grip handle.

The Tikit folds compactly into 36 x 58 x 84cm, a small space that will hopefully justify the £925 and up price tag.
