QR code p8tches launched

Unique scan-able fabric designs

30 July 2008 12:47 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

P8TCH has launched a range of fabric patches that offer QR code designs that are unique to you. Each p8tch has a unique QR code on it that links to a unique URL on the Swiss domain p8t.ch.

With each patch comes a passkey that lets you set the redirect target of the URL, so you can set up your patch to redirect to your blog, website, RSS feed, or the like, when people scan the code with their QR code-compatible mobile, such as the N95 or iPhone.

The patches are available with a variety of designs described as "evocative of warning placards, and nerdy as hell" and are on sale now for $20 each.
