Nintendo sues DS crackers
Teams up with 54 software makers for lawsuit

Nintendo has decided to go after companies that sell unofficial games for its DS console.
According to Reuters, the gaming giant has teamed up with 54 Japanese software companies to launch a lawsuit.
It is suing five Japanese firms which it claims import and sell equipment that enables illegal game programs to be played on the DS portable video game player.
The lawsuit has been filed at the Tokyo District Court.
