The locations of the first four Best Buy stores for the UK have been revealed - and could be the start of a roll-out of up to 20 such shops for Blighty. The first four stores, that will see the US giant's retail debut in the UK, will be at the Bath Road Retail Park in Slough, Two Rivers Retail Park in Staines, Thurrock Retail Park in Essex and Enfield Retail Park.
The Enfield shopping centre is the same location as DSGi's new format PC World store is, leading to speculation that Best Buy is planning a "head-to-head" fight with the chain.
In addition to these retail park stores, there are apparently "indications" that the retailer is looking at a central London location - possibly Regent Street - for a flagship store.
