Further to the news we brought you about this new device coming soon, Pocket-lint can now reveal more information about the new Skypephone from 3.
And, as well as confirming the existence of the second-gen VoIP-capable model, we can also reveal that more versions - with different form factors - are due before the end of the year.
Manufactured by Amoi, the company who made the first version, the first Skypephone 2 will see tweaks to the user interface, as well as hardware improvements.
With a "carousel" interface, said to be similar to Android, the phone will be an HSDPA model and will have a 3.2-megapixel camera.
The Skypephone 2 will cost £70 and will be due in a month's time - we will bring you more info as we have it.
