Samsung has introduced the M150 mobile, that it describes as a "highly attractive bar type phone with captivating design, features and price".

With a brushed metal finish featuring a "hairline" pattern, the phone will launch in "futuristic" colours including light gray, charcoal gray, pure white, lavender pink and ice blue.

Measuring it an 12.7mm thick, the GPRS dual-band M150 offers MP3 player functionality, Bluetooth, VGA camera with MPEG4 video recording and 20MB internal memory. There's also an FM radio with recording, with clips able to be used for ringtones and alarms.

Samsung says the exact price of M150 is yet to be announced, but it will be available at a "more reasonable and competitive price" compared with similar mobiles.

M150 will launch first in Germany around mid-August and will then be available in various regions, including Europe, Southwest Asia, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa and Asia.
