If you use your Wii to surf the web because you prefer the challenge of doing it through your TV rather than the good old fashioned way of on a computer, then Logitech thought it would extend a helping hand to you crazy cats with its wireless keyboard for Wii.

The keyboard broadcasts using 2.4GHz wireless technology and works from up to 30 feet away. Designed specifically with Nintendo's console in mind, it comes with dedicated buttons for Zoom In/Out, Forward/Back, Quit and OK. Don't start swinging it around Wiimote-style though - it's not motion-sensitive.

Logitech says the keyboard is easy to set up and put away. Just plug the mini-receiver into the console and the keyboard is ready to use. And when you’re finished using it, the receiver snaps into the back of the keyboard.

The Logitech Cordless Keyboard for Wii is expected to be available in the US and Europe beginning in August with a suggested price in the UK of £24.99.
