  • So far the customer service has been poor, I'm yet to receive my laptop but there have been issues regarding payment (on their behalf) which has delayed my order significantly - and I only found this out by phoning them myself. As of yet, I have not received 3 calls which they said they would return.

However, I'm sure the laptop will be great when it finally arrives (it better be after this wait!). I'll keep you posted.

  • Also interested to hear if anyone has received theirs and what they think. Thanks. Posted by Owen, Wales
