Air Hog Zero Gravity Micro RC opens up wall racing

Roads? Where we're going we don't need roads...

If you're fed up with racing your cars around the bedroom, why not start racing them on the walls or the ceiling? That's what Spin Master wants you to do.

Called the Air Hogs Zero Gravity Micro the R/C car creates an air vortex to stick to any flat surface be it a wall or under a table. Once stuck, the car can then be controlled via the infra-red remote control as you race around picture frames, windows, bookshelves or anything else that gets in the way.

Costing £29.99 and available from the end of the month, the Zero Gravity Micro will come in two colours, red or black, and offer around 10 minutes of go from about 30 minutes of charge.

Luckily you will get a warning the battery is about to die (the headlights flash) so you won't have to worry about it falling from sky and smashing into a thousand pieces.

You can use it on the floor as well, although unfortunately not switch between the two without pressing a button on the car itself.
