Verbatim has launched an external hard drive in 3.5-inch format with 640GB of memory at "a competitive price".With a "sophisticated" black design, the HHD is in stores in the UK now for £69.99.
Weighing in at 961 grams, it offers plug & play functionality, can be used immediately, as no installation is required, and it comes with USB connectivity.
The internal high-speed SATA hard disk delivers 7,200rpm and claims to guarantee "convenient and reliable" data storage with transfer speeds of up to 480Mbps.
There's also free hotline support service and the "Nero BackItUp 2 Essentials" backup software for Windows included. Hardware, Storage, Verbatim
