BenQ has unveiled the E72 ,a smartphone that works on both mobile and Wi-Fi networks.Claimed to be one of the slimmest Windows Mobile 6 devices currently available, it will launch exclusively in the UK on BT Fusion.
The Windows Mobile 6 software offers all the usual office-friendly gubbins as well as push email.
The device's built-in IM software claims to let you connect to all your contacts no matter which IM network they're on – be it MSN, Google Talk, Yahoo ICQ, AOL or Jabber.
There's an RSS feature for news feeds, plus web browsing on the Pocket IE browser.
More light-hearted functions include Java gaming, Windows media player and a 2-megapixel video capable camera.
A quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE handset, it has a 2-inch screen, weighs 90g and measures 13mm in width.
