iLuv DVD and iPod combo player launches

iLuv has launched the i1255, a "desktop" DVD and iPod player combined.

With the option to connect to an external audio device, there's the ability to play music from your audio CDs, MP3 CDs and your iPod too.

The integrated iPod dock on the top of the player means you can just slot it in and then watch your iPod's video content on the big screen, as your 'pod is charging.

Full control of your iPod is possible with the included remote control and an iPod interface comes up on your TV when it's all hooked up for better navigation.

The front tray loading DVD player is compatible with DVDs, audio CDs and can show j-pegs too, and there's the usual DVD controls on board.

Available now in the States, this "unique" device is on sale for $150.
