USB "Scent Drives" launch

"The flash drive that tells the most about who you are"

19 June 2008 16:54 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

As you've possibly guessed from the name, the Scent Drive diffuses fragrance when in use. Also designed to be worn as a necklace, it's a kind of portable, wearable, perfumey storage thingy aimed at women.

Just fill the rubber epoxy bit inside the metal alloy case with your favourite fragrance oil, and it will make the area around your computer - or your neck - smell sweetly.

In a range of fashion-led designs, including some with those ubiquitous Swarovski crystals, capacity varies from 128MB to 1GB although it appears the devices are mainly aimed at companies for promo efforts.

Prices range from around the $20 mark, with the extensive gallery of pattern choices, and more info, on the Scent-Drive.com site.
