Avid readers will remember the plug we gave to Nokia's Sports Tracker mobile application a couple of weeks ago and here they are again providing guidance (geddit) for Bike Week 2008.

There's loads of cycling events happening all over the UK this week and it's a great way to do your bit, not only for your own fitness and the environment, but this year also for Sport Relief.

Lycra optional. Thank goodness.
