Following their debut at the Computex event in Taipei, Asus has now announced the UK availability for the very latest models of the popular Eee PC - although we are still waiting on pricing.

The 901, 1000 and 1000(H) models, that claim to "add even more options to users" and run on the 1.6GHz Atom processor from Intel, will go on sale on 1 July.

The new Eees will offer from 8.9-inch to 10-inch displays with the keyboard of the 1000 models 92% the size of generic notebooks.

With the same shockproof Solid State Drive design as previous models, this new range of Eee PC are also equipped with the exclusive "Super Hybrid Engine" technology that can provide longer battery lifespans of up to 7.8 hours.

These new models also come with a 20GB allowance of exclusive online web storage from Yo Store with file encryption and access across both Windows and Linux platforms.

Asus has gotten colourful with the new range too. "Infusion" cover patterns inspired by various elements, claim to give a bright, scratchproof finish.
