We've seen similar solutions in the past, but still worthy of flagging is the Skull Sono Suono tee range that is designed especially for music lovers.

There's an integrated pocket with a strap for your MP3 player and a jack connection that presumably runs up the back of the shirt where's there's attached stereo headphones that appear to sort of stick out the neck.

Washable, once the electronic gubbins have been removed, there's a range of designs available from 32 euros.
