CO2 emissions, carbon footprints, global warming. These subjects are either the greatest threat facing the human race or a total environmental con aimed at making us all spend loads of cash in a vain effort to be greener. Whatever you personally believe, I reckon this site is worth mentioning.

It's brought to you by EDF, one of the bigger energy companies and it's part of the 2012 Carbon Challenge, which offers you the chance to save cash, save the planet and in a small way contribute towards the Olympic ideal.

The site is overflowing with energy-saving advice and regardless of your political view point, every little helps doesn't it?
