The K3000ST Solar is described as a robust, high quality travel speaker perfect for iPods and a wide range of other digital devices which can be powered completely by solar power, as well as by mains and battery.The docking speaker system, which offers 2 x 1.8 watts of power output, measures 123.6mm wide x 48.6mm high x 48mm deep and weighs in at 420 grams.
The solar speaker pack, which is provided in a zip-up carry case, includes the speaker, flip-up solar charger and universal main adaptor for use anywhere in the world.
When used with the solar charger, no batteries are required and the iPod will charge as it plays when attached to the docking station.
