  • I have been waiting for the Touch Diamond for some while and have read a few reviews stating that it is pretty slow moving between applications. So I am now thinking that maybe I should wait for the Sony Xperia X1 and hope that Windows Mobile 7 is also released around the same time. That seems to be THE perfect smartphone combination.
Q: Is the Touch Pro HTC's version of the X1? (I believe that HTC have either designed the X1 or will be manufacturing it for Sony).
PS NEVER enter into a 3 year contract with Orange (UK) or anyone. I've been stuck with a battered old N70 for 34 months now.

  • HTC Touch Diamond got a new ROM upgrade that removed the slowness.

I am just undoubt between the Touch diamond and the Pro.
