Sony Korea has revealed it latest LJ Series laptop, the VGC-LJ25L, that offers a somewhat unusual form factor. With a 15.4-inch LCD screen, the new notebook only has a sort of half-size keyboard, described as a "holding" keyboard, that is apparently designed for more efficient use in "narrow spaces".
We're not sure how Sony expects this design would work out and about in practice - with the fragile screen half exposed - but we suspect it ships complete with some kind of outer hard case.
Features include a built-in camera, microphone, speakers, it's powered by a Core 2 Duo T8100 processor and offers 2GB of RAM and a 200GB HDD.
It's due to go on sale in South Korea for 1,399,000 won, which works out at around £700 - we do not expect to see a European release. Hardware, Laptops, Sony
