Lugging your irons around a golf course may be good exercise but, especially in grotty weather, it can put you off your a-game.

Introducing a solution - the Shadow Caddy, an electronic golf caddy that will follow you from green to green.

The golfer wears a transmitter, and the Shadow Caddy will track them using multiple on-board processors and follow their every move.

And it even has a collision detection system so it won't crash into other golfers completely stunned by this goofy golfing gadget.

It has "Follow-Me" and "Park" modes which are pretty self-explanatory and is claimed to be fully functional in all weather conditions.

Hit the arrow to see the Shadow Caddy in action.
