Available now, Super Talent has added 30GB, 60GB, and 120GB Solid State Drives to its collection for $299, $449, and $699, respectively. The main boast being made, is that the new SDDs are just as power efficient, reliable and rugged as the Hard Disk Drives (HDDs) out there, but are lighter and faster.
The new MasterDrive DX SSD use SLC NAND Flash technology, which which the company reckons can support read and write speeds up to 120 and 70Mbps.
And it comes with a 3 year warranty.
Super Talent’s MasterDrive MX drive uses MLC Flash tech to deliver sequential read/write speeds of 120 and 40Mbps, and is backed up by a 1 year warranty.
No news on a UK launch as yet. Hardware, Super Talent, SSDs, HDD, Photos
