When the sun finally decides to emerge from behind the clouds in this country, we can all do our bit for the environment by using Devotec's new Solar Charger.

Instead of plugging your devices into the AC supply, you can use this dinky device, which weighs in at under 80g and measures 95 x 43 x 10mm (check out the pic to get a sense of scale).

A full day of sunshine (12 hours in other words) charges a 1800mAh battery.

But those of you looking out of the window at the rain clouds darkening, do not despair, it can also be charged using an AC supply as well as connecting it up via USB.

The Devotec's new Solar Charger is £19.99 (or $40) - which is nothing to save the planet.
