As GTA IV goes officially on sale in the UK on Tuesday, the Guinness World Records is predicting that Grand Theft Auto IV will smash all gaming records.

But it won't be the first record the series has broken. Ever since the franchise released its first third-person game with Grand Theft Auto III, the series has been racking up record after record.
