Be now giving away wireless router with 24Mbps broadband

Not content with announcing 24Mbps broadband for the UK earlier in the month, Be Unlimited has announced that they will provide a free wireless router with every order.

Called the Be Box, but really a Thomson SpeedTouch 716g wireless router under the skin worth £116.99, the router will features a four-port 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet switch, 802.11 b/g wireless LAN, two VoIP telephone ports and supports ADSL2+.

Be hit the headlines at the beginning of the month (see here) with the promise of connecting Londoners to a 24Mbps broadband service that will pave the way forward for movie downloading and other services on the internet all at the touch of a button.
