Aureon unveils ultra compact USB sound card

The TerraTec Aureon Dual is a new USB sound card.

The stick can be plugged into any USB port and will then deliver digital optical stereo output.

The stick has a stereo output to connect to an active speaker system or headset, a microphone input and an optical digital output.

The manufacturer adds that it offers low power consumption and there are no drivers to install.

The stick supports current Microsoft Windows versions as well as Mac OS 9, OS X, and Linux.

The USB stick is priced £14.99.
