There are still several hours to go in order to snag massive bargains as part of Amazon Prime Day, and we'd like to highlight one of our favourites.
Amazon has knocked almost £100 off an Ultimate Ears Boom 2 Bluetooth speaker, reducing the black version to just £71 until midnight tonight, here in the UK. That's a staggering 58 per cent off a product we gave a "recommended" badge to in our in-depth review.
The speaker itself is waterproof and shockproof, so can take a bashing and is therefore an ideal accompaniment for a festival. I projects sound through 360-degrees so can happily be the main music system in a room.
You can also connect it to up to 50 other UE Boom 2 speakers to host your own music festival or soundsystem and NFC connectivity makes it a doddle to sync to multiple devices.
You can even use if as a hands-free call speaker and you can wander up to 30 metres away from one while still remaining connected.
If you have an Amazon Echo Dot, you can link it to the Boom 2 to create your own version of an Alexa-controlled Echo.
Amazon Prime Day is running until the end of 11 July 2017. Everything will revert back to normal tomorrow.
