Magix has updated its web page making software package, which it claims delivers professional results for amateur designers.

Magix Website Maker 2.0 online software supports the design of websites with Flash design; the incorporation of a video clip; animations accompanied by musical sound tracks, or the inclusion of a series of images.

Besides multimedia files, PDF, DOC, GIF or XLS file formats can be used on the webpage.

The package is an online application and comes with 5000MB of free memory space for 12 months.

Included in the package is a own web address as well as a chance to order a custom domain name.

This latest version of the package also includes more security options so that users can set up password-protected websites.

"For those who would like to see as many visitors as possible to their website, MAGIX Website Maker 2.0 improves search engine optimisation by website title assignment, keywords and descriptions", adds Magix.

Magix Website Maker 2.0 is available for £29.99 from UK retailers and online partners including Amazon and PC World.
